Refund policy
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it, but you may still be eligible for a return (see below).
Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, box opening video, and description of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Item Received: If you received the wrong product, notify us within 24 hours and we will send the correct item or issue a refund.
Change of Mind: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Note: Return shipping costs for “change of mind” returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [5–10 business days] after we receive the returned item.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
