Handling Time
We typically process and ship orders within 1–2 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping and Handling Charges: In case of a return or exchange (reverse shipping), the customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees, which vary based on factors such as your PIN code, available courier services, order value, and the item purchased.

Order/Shipment Delivery: In case you receive order/s and/or shipment/s with Missing, Defective, Wrong Product/s then contact at 727-388-1881 or send us an email on 5wdcore@gmail.com within the first 24 hours of delivery. Requests for investigation after the 24-hour timeline will not be considered.
